Once you have decided on the paper you will then want grab a pair of scissors and keep them nearby. You will want to fold the paper, in an accordian type style, but you will want to make sure that the folds in the paper are identical or closely resemble eachother. After you have folded the paper you will want to make a small series of cuts on the folds of the paper, the insides. After you have done this you will want to connect the ends and glue together the uncut edges of the paper. After it has finished drying you have created a Chinese Lantern. Poke holes in the top so that you can hang and admire your masterpiece.
